Testimonials for the Summer Kitchen
What an outstanding weekend we had here at the summer Kitchen. The meals were wonderful and the advice on where to visit in town was extremely helpful. We are grateful that we finally got to stay here after numerous visits.
Thank you for everything!

We had a wonderful stay in your beautifully restored home. We especially liked all of the extra little touches throughout. (and of course the breakfast also). The grounds are also lovely. Look forward to returning.

I’ve never had such an awesome breakfast. Dawn and Darin were so awesome and a special thanks to the cleaning lady for being so great and helpful. Thank you so much for taking care of our messes. We had such a relaxing time being private and enjoying each other and the tub!
The wolves are so totally awesome, with them howling and so awesome to see up close. We will be back and stay in a different cabin. Everything was perfect, comfortable, and relaxing. I don’t have enough words to explain except you must experience it.
I can’t wait to come back again, maybe with a few other friendly couples of my own. This place is awesome. Thank you everyone! I never realized I could learn so much about wolves. Oh one more thing, get the couples’ massage, very awesome!!

You opened your wonderful home to strangers and made us feel like being home. Your hospitality was inconceivable.
The wolves were fascinating and we have spent much of the time to watch these magnificent animals.
Thank you for this beautiful sanctuary, not only for wolves, but also for people.

Dear Dawn and Darin,
Thank you for a wonderful get away to celebrate and anniversary and get some R & R. We so respect and admire what you’re doing here with your grandparents’ beautiful farm, the B&B (superb!) , and the compassionate, intelligent and creative operation of the wolf sanctuary. The disposition and beautiful condition of the wolves and the high caliber of your volunteers “speaks volumes” We wish you great continued success and look forward to our next visit. Heard the wolves howl again during our evening visit – so neat.
(Notes for future guests: we recommend the Bull’s Head Pub in Lititz for really good food, also Scooters for light lunch, and Wilbur Chocolate exceeded our expectations! But truly for us it was the wolves)
