Testimonials for the Summer Kitchen
This was our first weekend getaway together and we couldn’t be happier with our choice to stay here. The summer kitchen has been amazing and provided us with some much needed relaxation. Your breakfast was delicious, and your wolves are beautiful. Thank you for having us.

What a great idea for a B&B! Totally unique and so wonderful. My husband and I always love an adventure – especially when animals are involved
What a beautiful gift this place is, and we really can’t wait to share with others the warmth and fun we had here!
Great company, great food and we’re so glad that we upgraded (the spa was worth it)!
Thank you so much!

My husband & I are celebrating our 10th anniversary here- the first guests at Speedwell Forge B&B! Went for a short hike nearby, and saw kayakers and a small toad. (they were not together) Lovely touches: rubber duckie, wilbur buds, plush robes.
It is our last day here at the B&B. I hope we come back sometime. I think this is a great hotel. I love the rubber ducky and the whirlpool bath. I also love the chocolate. We went to Hershey Park yesterday. It was fun. Kate
We loved the summer kitchen- perfect accommodations! I would return for the wolf tour alone, yet there’s so much more! Thanks for a weekend steeped in nature and down home goodness!

Dear Dawn and Darin,
Thank you for a wonderful get away to celebrate and anniversary and get some R & R. We so respect and admire what you’re doing here with your grandparents’ beautiful farm, the B&B (superb!) , and the compassionate, intelligent and creative operation of the wolf sanctuary. The disposition and beautiful condition of the wolves and the high caliber of your volunteers “speaks volumes” We wish you great continued success and look forward to our next visit. Heard the wolves howl again during our evening visit – so neat.
(Notes for future guests: we recommend the Bull’s Head Pub in Lititz for really good food, also Scooters for light lunch, and Wilbur Chocolate exceeded our expectations! But truly for us it was the wolves)

Dear Dawn and Darin,
Thank you for your hospitality. Staying in the Summer Kitchen was very well appreciated. The restoration of these historic buildings makes them homey and well preserved for the future.
To visit the wolf sanctuary was a birthday present from my wife. To see and be so close to the animals has left a deep impression behind.
We enjoyed breakfast and the little conversations every morning during our stay.
Thank you again and all the best for the future.
