Awesome, awesome as usual! The wolves are so magnificent. After running in the Boston Marathon on Monday with the bombings, this was just the retreat I needed. Breakfast was incredible. Can’t wait to come back!!

What a wonderful treat! We came here for our 12th anniversary. The home and outbuildings are all beautiful.
After our own renovations, we have great respect for the outstanding work that has been accomplished here.
The food was fantastic, especially the coconut oatmeal cookies. We followed a recommendation to eat at Scooters and were not disappointed.
Thanks, Dawn, for sharing all of this with us!

Dawn and Darin, this B&B is so amazing. Considering this is our first ever experience with a B&B. I do believe you have both blessed us and spoiled us. The Wolf Sanctuary is spectacular and hearing them howl was something I hope my children get to experience one day!
To others staying here, take in as much as possible, do the wolf tour, and take a walk to explore further . You won’t regret it.

My husband I celebrated our 11th Anniversary at Speedwell Forge. Your home and property are lovely. It is such a joy to wake in the morning to the peace and beauty of the area. A special bonus was walking over to see the wolves and watch their majestic beauty. What a treat. Breakfast was great and healthy and prepared and set with great care! Thank you, we will be back.

Wolves! We came to hear and see these noble gifts from nature. But no creature is born for mankind’s sake, but for their own. We are not their owners or masters, but their best guardians. They are attuned to the rhythms of the earth, and are one with it.
Thank you, Speedwell Forge, and your wolf sanctuary which shelters the displaced . Blessings on all of you.
